Before Your Visit
A few small things that keep every session relaxed and on time — for you, our therapists, and the guests after you.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 2 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment. This respects the therapist's time and allows other clients to book available slots.
Arrival Time
Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows time for filling an intake form, changing, and preparing for the service. Early arrival ensures a relaxed and unhurried experience.
Health Considerations
If you have any health concerns or specific medical conditions, please inform our therapists in advance. This ensures a safe and customized experience for your needs.
No Show Policy
Unanticipated events happen. If you cannot keep your appointment, please call us ASAP to notify us. Clients who fail to show up without early notice will be blocked from future booking.
